We do have some content rules that you must follow. If you don't, your video will not be approved. So to be sure you don't waste your time creating a video and then uploading it to find out it can't be on our site. OK?!

If you are found to be in violation of any of the below policies, you will receive a notice via email. We reserve the right to immediately delete, without notice, any content and/or account, or suspend your IP address which we determine to be systematically generating, spam, or potentially damaging to our service or infrastructure.

When your video or your account is deleted, public access to your content is not available, and your video URL is redirected to a page not found. If your video is deleted, you will still have access to your account unless your account was suspended. Your account may be suspended if you continue to upload content that does not follow these guidelines. We'll say quit the b.s. and if you don't, we'll say your account is deleted buster.

Remember just follow these two simple content rules and your video will most likely be accepted. The video you upload should:
1) it must be you, looking into the camera, talking clearly and loudly.
2) you must be fully clothed and you can not be having sex.

Illegal Use.

Say Hey There! may not be used for illegal purposes. Examples of this include using Say Hey There! for fraudulent purposes or operating a phishing site (used to obtain account and password information).

Identity Theft and Privacy.

Users that misleadingly appropriate the identity of another person are not permitted. Users may not post content with other people's personally identifying or confidential information, including but not limited to credit card numbers, Social Security Numbers, and driver's and other license numbers. You may not post information such as other people's passwords, usernames, phone numbers, addresses and e-mail addresses unless already publicly accessible on the Web.

Copyright.

Using copyrighted material does not constitute infringement in all cases. In general, however, users should be careful when using copyrighted content without the permission of those who created it. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Mass Registration and Automation.

Accounts that are registered automatically or systematically will be removed and access will be permanently suspended.
